By placing an order with St. Clair Hearth & Panzerotti Co. you agree to the terms below.

About us

St. Clair Hearth & Panzerotti Co. operates at 1284 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, ON M6E 1B9, Canada. We make stone-oven pizza, sides and soft drinks. Pickup, dine-in and delivery across the Toronto area.

Placing an order

• An online order is a request, not a confirmed contract. The contract forms when our team confirms it with you by phone.
• If we can't reach you within 15 minutes we may cancel without charge.
• Prices can change without notice; the checkout price is what you pay.

Payment

Pay at the door (cash or card) or via a one-time secure link sent to your phone. We don't store card numbers. ON GST (5%) + PST (7%) applied at checkout.

Delivery

We aim for under 35 minutes in central Toronto. Zone times are on our delivery page. If we exceed the quoted ETA by 15+ minutes we comp the delivery fee.

Refunds

Wrong pizza, missing item, cold box — call within 30 minutes and we remake or refund. See our refund policy.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts. Mention serious allergies on the confirmation call.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
